By installing or using PromptVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. The Service

PromptVault is a Chrome extension that lets users save, organize and reuse AI prompts. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Pro plans are billed via Lemon Squeezy. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plans. Contact andreaguarnieri71@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PromptVault to store illegal content, infringe on others' intellectual property, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall PromptVault be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
